The Filter Connection is an Authorized Reseller of Canon Products. There seems to be a glitch in our dealer listings that has them not showing up. Our IT department is working on it to get it fixed. They sell mostly supplies of INK and PAPER and very few printers. They are a retailer for our supplies and one of the largest in this area. When you click for dealers, it sends you to dealers that stock printers, and because they only stock a few, there seems to be a problem with their name coming up. I am trying to see if there could be a category for ink and paper, which the Filter Connection stocks and sells a huge quantity of throughout the country. If you have any problems with any of our ink cartridges,(purchased from The Filter Connection/2filter.com) please return them to the Filter Connection, and if they are defective, they will replace them to you.

A final note: some 25 plus years ago. The founder of 2filter.com worked as a independent sales rep. for 10 years selling image creating products, calling on the same group of camera stores in Connecticut, as the now group leader of Canon USA Imaging...wow what a journey.
