items, we can bring you excellent products along with our unsurpassed
knowledge
of the products at reasonable prices.
We do not carry every filter made, but our selection is vastly larger than a typical photographic retailer. Every brand and item that we do carry is from a major industry manufacturer with a well established reputation for quality, design, manufacture and customer support. All merchandise is first quality, brand new and factory fresh. Also, we supply everything included by the manufacturer. We source all of our filters and lenses directly from manufacturers, not distributors. We have formal dealer agreements with each of these suppliers. These agreements obligate us to comply with manufacturer guidelines and restrictions with respect to inventory, product storage, product returns, pricing and customer support. The Filter Connection is pleased to comply with these policies since they are intended to insure a high level of consumer satisfaction and protection. Policy: Refunds - 30 Days
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned items up to 30 days.
We may waive the restocking fee if items are exchanged for additional
merchandise. No
returns on Canon Ink, Sensor Cleaning Tools, Lens cleaning tools
and chemicals You must call for a return authorization before returning any item. Packages will not be accepted unless this policy has been followed. As the customer, you are responsible to properly package, insure, and obtain a shipper's receipt for your records. Merchandise will be accepted to exchange, credit or refund if unused and undamaged provided that: 1) It is returned accompanied by the original sales receipt. 2) It is in the original carton, complete with all packaging material, accessories, manufacturer's instructions and warranty card (not filled out) if any, which are considered part of the merchandise.
Special Orders require
a 100% deposit before they can be processed. Special order
merchandise
is non-refundable. Rush Drop Shipments from our filter
