July 2009 update, it seems to us the THK Marketing agreement as been extended
to the Pro Digital series also

We are in the process of preparing a complaint with the Federal Government to obtain their official standing on this issue to see if price fixing applies to the Marketing Contract THK Photo Products/Hoya demanded The Filter Connection sign and accept.
