B+W F-Pro Circular Polarizers in German Brass F Pro Rotating Mounts

All of the B+W camera filters 2filter.com sells are mounted in B+W German made brass F-Pro rings, 4mm high for 77mm Mrc UV 010 and the clear F-Pro Mrc 007's plus other sizes, the B+W XS-Pro 010 UV Mrc Nano rings are 3.5 mm high for more info on B+W XS-Pro mounted filters

Only material exception is the Slim B+W circular polarizers they are mounted in an alloy material due to the needed thiness of the rings. The both slim products Polarizers and Uv filters in the original B+W slims mount are 3mm high for filters and 5mm high for the polarizers are still offered but both have no front mounting threads for push button style lens caps.

  In markets around the world and here in USA at auction sites, B+W camera filters are being offered in types of mounting ring materials other than the quality brass. The boxes and the filters look the same in the web pictures. When you feel the quality of the German made brass F-Pro mount you know you have a real B+W made in Germany the right one.
